Craig Knudson, CEO
Craig has an extensive background in the banking and financial staffing industries for more than 35 years. He previously held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer in a commercial bank in San Diego. Craig founded BANKtemps in 1990 and in 2004 he acquired BancForce Staffing. 

In 2006, the combined companies became BancForce Financial Staffing.  Craig and his staff are uniquely qualified to meet the staffing needs of financial institutions and companies.  In addition to his staffing activities, Craig is a Board Member for California Staffing Professionals (CSP), the trade association in California for staffing companies.  He was recently elected Treasurer of CSP.

Leslie Smith, Chief Financial Officer
Leslie has a background in major independent and commercial banks and has been with the company since its inception in 1990. As the CFO, Leslie is responsible for the operations and financial aspects of the company. Leslie previously served on the board of the California Association of Temporary Services and currently volunteers for several non-profit organizations.
